  • Remote programs may be priced differently and updated periodically.
  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other authorized providers.
  • We do not store your payment details.

12. Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for services offered by Paul Keenan via lymeclearprotocol.com

Retreat Screening & Assessment
  • All retreat inquiries require an initial video screening.
  • If invited to proceed, a $497 assessment fee is required to evaluate suitability.
  • This fee is non-refundable, regardless of outcome, due to the time and expertise involved in personalized review.

Retreat Program
  • Once accepted and confirmed, retreat bookings are subject to limited availability.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled retreat may be eligible for a partial refund, minus administrative costs.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • If Paul Keenan cancels the retreat for any reason, a full refund will be issued.

Remote Programs
  • Remote program fees are payable in advance.
  • Refunds are not offered once the program has begun or materials have been delivered.
  • If you wish to cancel before your scheduled start date, contact [email protected] to discuss options.

Digital Products & Resources
  • Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final once access is granted.
  • If you experience technical issues, please contact support for resolution.

Rescheduling
  • Requests to reschedule consultations or assessments must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited without refund.

  • Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Paul Keenan.
